Damwon Gaming dismantled PSG Talon in one of the most one-sided matches in this Worlds. Damwon pick Syndra for ShowMaker, who took over the game from the middle lane. Another crucial pick for Damwon’s success was Nuguri in the top lane on Kennen, with whom he has performed really well during the entire year in the LCK. Nuguri’s Kennen is one of the most dangerous top lane in the World considering he always seems to find flanks to counter enemy teams.

PSG Talon has their full roster reunited following the chaotic play-in stage, however, they’re not finding any success so far. Their group is very strong, however their local dominance could be translated on the international stage as well. Hopefully, they’ll find their missing piece in the next couple of games and come back stronger, otherwise, their worlds run will end abruptly this year.
